It's a studio built around one founder's four years of hands-on work inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 — and the conviction that the best AI systems are built by people who already understand the enterprise software they're meant to work alongside.
Sufyan joined the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations world as an intern and spent the next year and a half working as a full D365 F&O engineer — customizing forms, tables, and data entities, building SSRS reports, extending standard functionality with X++, configuring workflows and security roles, and building OData/API integrations for real client HR and payroll needs.
He then moved into mobile development, where he built and shipped a production Employee Self-Service (ESS) app — a configurable platform with OCR and resume parsing used by real organizations. More recently, he extended that same product with custom agentic AI flows integrated directly into D365, giving him hands-on experience shipping AI that actually has to work inside enterprise systems, not just in a demo.
LEAP exists because of a gap he kept running into: AI studios that don't understand enterprise software, and ERP consultancies that don't build production AI. LEAP is built to do both, under one senior team.
Why an ERP background matters for AI.
Most AI agencies build impressive demos that fall apart the moment they need to touch a real system of record.
